 Post subject: Football Manager
Friday is the day that the new football manager 2008 comes out. Anyone excited by the release of it?
I can't wait, I pre ordered a copy and am dying to get it. I'm not sure what new features are on it but it gets better each year. Hopefully this one won't let me down either

well i've played it last week... it's got few new features and players' databases are updated... you got henry playing for barcelona :p i think that if you'll play with that team... you just have to select the starting line-up, and like that you'll easily win every match

They have slightly revised international management. Now your assistant will give you a selection of matches that you can view which involve your national side players. You can choose to view the highlights as they happen and actually do you own 'scouting'. However, the best feature is the fact that as an international manager you can go on holiday until next squad selection.

I have heard that football manager is a game where you needn't play the game. You just need to manage the players injury etc. Is it so?

Is football manager more costly than FIFA 08? What are the exact price for the both? Can anyone compare?

See every newer version comes out with some new features and new entertainment. So it is obvious that the more higher version you play, the more you will get attracted towards the game.

Yes you pick the squad, choose the tactics, buy, sell players and generally do what a manager would do. And then you get to watch your team play every week!

Football Manager cost me £20 when it came out and FIFA 2008 was £30.
I got Footy Manager 2008 on the PC and FIFA 2008 for the PS2 and the price vaires depending on which console you get them on.
