10. The Romanian National Team

The Romanian international team decided to bleach their hair blonde after securing qualification from the Group Stages at the World Cup in France 1998. It was an ill-fated decision though as Adrian Ilie and co. only managed a draw against Tunisia in their final group match and then lost to Croatia in the second round.
9. Ronaldo

Pineapple Head, aka Jason lee, set the Premiership alight by head-butting opponents with his giant fruit, I mean head. No wonder Nottingham Forest were so good back then..
Someone needs to inform the former Liverpool and Olympic Marseilles player that he is a professional footballer, not a hair model. The French international has lit up stadiums around Europe with his crazy hair designs, not to mention making a farce of his wedding by turning up in a bright red suit with bleach blonde hair.
4. Joe Cole

It was not so much his hair as his beard that brought Alexi Lalas to the attention of the world's media during USA '94. To be honest, he looks more like someone from the Highlands of Scotland than sunny USA. But alas, I suppose we have to live and let live, even if some people do need to spend a night with the fashion police.
Another Columbian in the Top Ten - they really do love those dodgy haircuts. He may not have made it to number one of the worst haircuts, but I think he is the clear winner of the biggest hair competition. I think I see a birds nest in there somewhere as well!
Xbel Xavier has perhaps had more bad hairstyles than any other player in the history of football. The Portuguese international has had an addiction to bleach wherever he has played, whether it be in England, Italy, USA or wherever! In the picture to the left he shows us how to dress your hair like a peacock while sporting Pamela Anderson?s naughty bits on your chin. Well done Xbel, you officially own LiveFootball.org's WORST HAIRCUT IN FOOTBALL.
